I had missed this event for the past two years and finally manage to go this year and it was awesome. Here are some pics from it.

             

Had a dinner and haloween party to go to, that night. 1:00p.m and I did not yet know what to wear. Decided to go haight st and I saw a nice pair of horns that Thought being a 'horn-y' devil might be a good idea. So, bought some red face paint as well with the horns. Horns - $7, red cream face paint - $0.99 - good costume - priceless :)

They repainted all the murals in clarion alley in the mission today.

Having a great time carving pumpkin, eating, drinking and getting face
painted at Deepti and judith's place.

Went to pravin's place in Hayward today and we decided to cook some
divali sweets. We cooked 'Gato Patates' (sweet potato cakes), besan
ladoo, gulab jamoon and barfi. Good solid 3 hours cooking and here's
the result. Happy divali !!

First time I did dandiya today. It's not hard snd easy to learn. Had
lots of fun doing dandiya dance. Happy divali all !!

Fire performances Video

Last week I went to the burning man decompression party. It was held in the portrero district and it was the awesomest street party i've been to in SF.  It was like a mini burning man exept there was no playa dust and we had to actually buy our drinks and food vs getting everything for free at the real burning man. Walking back home from work and streets closed koz Obama is in sf and hundreds protesting against everything as is sf tradition .

Went to fleet week again this weekend and it never gets old to see all the acrobatic flight performances.
